When set to Enabled, the following two items will appear.
& PLDM for SMBIOS
Allows you to determine whether to send BIOS information, the CPU speeds, memory size, etc., to the
Realtek Management Console Utility. (Default: Enabled)
& PLDM for BIOS Control and Configuration
Allows you to determine whether to set boot order in the Realtek Management Console Utility. (Default:
Enabled)
` Super IO Configuration
T his section provides information on the super I/O chip and allows you to configure the serial port and

parallel port.

& Serial Port A/B
Enables or disables the onboard serial port. (Default: Enabled)
& Parallel Port
Enables or disables the onboard parallel port. (Default: Enabled)
` Intel(R) Smart Connect Technology
& ISCT Configuration
Enables or disables Intel Smart Connect Technology. (Default: Disabled)
` Marvell ATA Controller Configuration
& GSATA Controller (Marvell 88SE9172 Chip, GSATA3 6 and GSATA3 7 connectors)
Enables or disables RAID for the SATA controllers integrated in the Marvell 88SE9172 chip or configures
the SATA controllers to AHCI mode. The area below displays the current status of the two SATA ports.
IDE Mode
D isables RAID for the SATA controllers and configures the SATA controllers to IDE
mode. (Default)
AHCI Mode
C onfigures the SATA controllers to AHCI mode. Advanced Host Controller Interface
(AHCI) is an interface specification that allows the storage driver to enable advanced
Serial ATA features such as Native Command Queuing and hot plug.
RAID Mode
Enables RAID for the SATA controllers.
Disables this function.
Disabled
