Installing the USB TWAIN Driver
1.
Connect the Power Adapter to the camcorder.
2.
Connect the camcorder to the computer using the supplied
USB cable (

Set the camcorder to CARD PLAY (VCR) mode.
• After a moment, a dialog appears, prompting you to insert the DIGITAL
VIDEO SOLUTION DISK.
4.
Without inserting the DIGITAL VIDEO SOLUTION DISK, click
[OK]. The following dialog appears.

Click the [Browse] button.
• The [Choose Folder] dialog appears.
6.
Double-click the drive on which you installed the software
(such as C:), and select the [Program Files], [Canon] and
[IXY DV3 ELURA40 TWAIN] folders.
7.
When you have selected the folder, click [OK].
• This brings you back to the dialog in step 5.
