You can choose the rotational direction of the
focus ring to suit your preference of how the
lens adjusts to the focusing point.
SELECT SELECT GO GO
Allows you to finely adjust the focus using the
focus ring, after the camera has already
OFF
adjusted the focus in the S-AF mode.
ON
SELECT SELECT GO GO
Allows you to release the shutter in the S-AF
mode without waiting until focusing or flash
charging finishes.
OFF
ON
SELECT SELECT GO GO
Allows you to release the shutter in the C-AF
mode by pressing the shutter button all the
way, even while adjusting the focus.

OFF
Resets the focus of the lens when the power is
ON
turned off.
SELECT SELECT GO GO
Selects how the camera is to be operated when
STORAGE
it is connected to a PC. You can choose
CONTROL CONTROL
whether to transfer images from the camera to
the PC (STORAGE), or control the camera with
the dedicated software (CONTROL).
