Because I cannot get adequate response to trouble shoot my
electric snow thrower, outside of being directed to dealer to
purchase a new one, I will not purchase another Toro product.
My bad luck I bought a 721 snowblower yesterday. But it will
be my last Toro product. I may even give it away and purchase
an Ariens or Troy Built. I will not tolerate Toro company's
attempts to push more shoddy, cheap products because they
are not worth repair cost. Fool me once. I will not buy more Toro.
Save the frustration of failure when its use is needed most.
