Hood Release - GMC SIERRA DENALI 2002 Manual

Hood Release

The hood release is located
inside the vehicle on the
lower left side of the
instrument panel.
To open the hood, do the following:
1. Pull out on the hood release handle.
2. Then go to the front of the vehicle and pull up on the
secondary hood release, located near the center of
the grille.
3. Lift the hood.
Before closing the hood, be sure all the filler caps are on
correctly. Pull down the hood and close it firmly.
