Saving Your Cover Pages to Your Computer

Once you've finished your cover pages, you can save them to your computer or a disk. Just click the
top of the screen. When you see the Save As dialog box, navigate to the location where you want to save them and
click Save.

E-Mailing Your Front Cover Page

You can e-mail your front cover page directly from StoryTeller, without going to the trouble of saving it to your
computer and attaching it to a regular e-mail.

Make sure Front Cover is selected in the diagram below the preview area.

Click the icon at the top of the StoryTeller screen.
You see this screen:

Select the size of the file for your front cover page.
Note: Smaller files are easier to deliver, but larger files are better
for printing.

Select your e-mail application in the Email Application
menu.
Note: If you are using Lotus
open before you send the e-mail.

Click the SEND button.
A new memo with the file attachment opens in your e-mail
application. Complete the steps to send your e-mail.
