MIDI Control of KB3
KB3 programs use a fixed MIDI control model, so that certain MIDI controller numbers will always control
certain KB3 functions. In general, this requires that any remapping be done at the MIDI transmit level. The
MIDI controller mappings to KB3 functions are documented below, and are chosen to work with the Control
Setup 97. Furthermore, KB3 programs will automatically respond correctly to the controller numbers shown in
parentheses; these values are used by the Voce MIDI Drawbar controller made by Voce, Inc.
