MF 160V baler highlights
Here's a quick reminder of some of the superb features that
MF 160V Series balers have to offer, firmly enhancing their place
within the harvesting sector.
01
MF 160 balers are easy to operate, robust and hard
working, ensuring that they will appeal to a broad
spectrum of customer's, from small holders and
mixed farmers to large contractors.
02
MF 160 variable chamber balers use a combination
of rollers and belts to produce bales of up to 2.0m
in diameter.
03
A range of high specification options include a
double rake feeder, rotor feeder or Supercut for
enhanced performance in all crop types.
04
All functions can be controlled from the
in-cab Alpha bale monitor (V+VS models) – the
latest technology designed to give consistent, top
quality bales.
05
The Self-Cleaning Roller System which is standard
across the range, has been designed to work well
in silage, eliminating the need for a special
silage kit.

06
The low-profile pick-up has been developed to
handle the bulkiest swaths and feed them gently
into the bales.
07
On MF 160V and VS models the 2.2m wide pickup
has five rows of cranked tines to ensure fewer
losses when operating at higher speeds.
08
MF 160 balers feature five rigid, wide profile belts,
designed to provide the best contact on the bale
while it's in the chamber, ensuring smooth rotation
with minimum crop loss, even in dry conditions.
09
MF 160 Series balers offer the choice of net wrap,
twine tie or the flexibility of both systems.
10
The MF 160 V Farmer baler is a low cost alternative
for those who only need a baler for light hay and
straw work.
