26.3 Copying a CD or DVD

Select Tools > Copy Medium.... In the dialog that opens, choose Source Medium and
Burn Medium as shown in Figure 26.2, "Copying a Medium" (page 309). The writing
options discussed are also available here. An additional function enables the creation
of several copies of the CD or DVD.

Check Create Image to cache data to the hard disk before writing them on a target
medium. Check Only Create Image to create an image in the path specified in the Image
tab in the Write Image Files To option and burn the image later.

26.4 Writing ISO Images

If you already have an ISO image, go to Tools > Burn CD Image or Tools > Burn DVD
ISO Image. Enter the location of the Image to Burn in the window that opens. K3b
calculates a check sum and displays it in MD5 Sum. Make sure to compare ISO files
