Required Tools: (Not included)

3 mm Allen wrench
5 mm Allen wrench
Small flat screwdriver
6 mm Allen wrench

To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, loosen the set screw from the throttle. Move the throttle away from the grip.
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolt on the brake lever. Move the lever away from the grip.

Insert the blade of a small flat screwdriver in between the grip and the handlebar. Using soapy water or lubricant, apply a few drops and pull the grips, throttle and brake lever out from the handlebar.
Using a 6 mm Allen wrench, remove four (4) bolts from the handlebar clamps. Remove the handlebar.
Reverse the steps to install.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
