Operating Instructions

Operating Instructions - Step 1
Operating Instructions - Step 2

Power/volume Switch – Slide the switch from the OFF position to either Low or High to select the master volume for music or nature sounds playback.
Mode Selector Switch – Use the Mode Switch to select the desired active functions for initial playback: music or nature sounds, and whether to include lights or motion in the sea scene. Playback functions gently diminish at 10-minute intervals.

  • After 10 minutes, the water reflections stop, and volume level reduces.
  • After 20 minutes, the two blue LEDs turn off, the motor stops and the volume level reduces.
  • After 25 minutes, music or nature sounds turn OFF. The unit enters Standby Mode, and the crib check light function will be available.

Play/stop buttons – Press the button (on main unit or on IR remote) to start the music or nature sound playback sequence (with lights and motion, depending on the selected mode). Press the button again to stop playback. The play list includes 9 melodies and natural water sounds.
IR Remote Sensor – The IR remote control provides the Play/stop function from any location with a direct view of the crib toy (360° within 12 ft. range). The main unit will sense remote control input at any time during playback or for up to two hours after entering Standby Mode. To activate the IR sensor, the main unit must be ON and active (press Play/stop, etc.).
Low Battery Indicator: The Low Battery function detects weak batteries and suspends normal soother operation and music. The battery indicator blinks red when the batteries are weak. When the batteries are fully depleted, the battery indicator illuminates continuously, and the soother will no longer function.
To restore normal operation, replace all batteries with new alkaline size C batteries
informationNOTE: Weak batteries cause erratic product operation, including distorted sound, dimming or failed lights, and slow or non-working motorized parts. Because each electrical component requires a different operating voltage, replace the batteries when any function fails to operate.

Using the Remote Control

Using the Remote Control
The infrared (IR) remote control provides the Play/stop function from any location with a direct view of the crib toy (360° within 12 ft. range). Aim the remote control at the IR sensor on top of the crib toy and press the Play/stop Button. Be sure there are no obstructions directly between the remote control and the sensor.
information NOTE: Bright sunlight or artificial light may reduce the crib toy's sensitivity to the remote control. To increase the control range, reduce ambient light at the crib toy.
The remote control has a built-in hanger loop for storage at a handy location. Pivot the loop outward to deploy for use.
