1. Introduction S1200 Upgrade Tools are for upgrading the firmware of S1200. 2. Installation Execute setup.exe for installing S1200 USB driver, and the new firmware of S1200. The steps are below: a. Execute setup.exe If the operating system of your computer is Windows XP, follow the steps below. - Page 4 Make sure that Windows Mobile Device Center is connected The installation will take 15-20 minutes. Please close all applications on your device and PC to prevent from the potential fails. When you execute setup.exe, please tap “Next” to continue.

b. Upgrade Firmware You can read the information and version of the new firmware as the photo is below. Mark “I understand the above Reminders” and tap “Next” to continue. - Page 7 “Download” to upgrade the firmware. The installation will take 15-20 minutes, and wait for it, please.

Please turn off S1200, or shutdown the device by removing the battery. If you remove the battery out to shutdown the device, please remember to install the battery back into the device before upgrade the firmware.
