Remove any transit packing and inspect the unit to ensure that all components have been delivered and that no damage has occurred during transit. If any damage is evident, note it on the carrier's freight bill and enter a claim. Report any major damage your local Johnson Controls representative. Before releasing the drive system for regular operation after installation, the system must be adjusted and tested by qualified YORK or Johnson Controls personnel. This start-up labor is included in the sale of each MVVSD, to ensure reliable and safe performance. It is important to make arrangements for such a check and that time is allowed for it.
