  • Page 2 O R I G I N A L I N S T R U C T I O N S Please read these instructions carefully before starting up the machine! In the WEKA diamond wall saw you have an outstanding quality product with which you will be very satisfied, provided you use it properly.
  • Page 3 4) Use and handling of the electric tool a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate electric tool for your work. With the appropriate electric tool you work better and saver in the declared range of performance. b) Do not use an electric tool whose switch is damaged. An electric tool which can not be switched on and off is dangerous and has to be repaired.
  • Page 4 The converter FU15D is fitted in a small, convenient, water-cooled aluminium case of protection class IP55. It converts the mains frequency of 50-60 Hz to the selected frequency for the WS76H. Further more it takes control of both dc motors and voltage supply. The FU15D is a multifunctional intelligent converter by which all WEKA high frequency machines can be operated.
  • Page 5 The FU15D can temporarily be used on 480 Volt mains voltage. Higher voltages however can cause irreparable damages. Please regard this voltage limit when you operate the machine on a generator. WS76H and FU15D can be used at a generator or a transformer provided by the construction site, if following conditions are kept: operating voltage 3~ 400V ±10 %...
  • Page 6 Hand control WS 7556 F The control of the WS76H is very easy to handle. The turning direction, resp. traveling direction is indicated for the viewing direction on the saw motor (the operator looks to the saw as shown on the title picture).
  • Page 7 The button START switches the saw motor on. If START is again pressed shortly once, the saw motor turn one step (100 1/min) higher, pressing it longer, the saw motor turn one PHASE step back. Therefore, the speed can be increased or LOAD START decreased three times each.
  • Page 8 G U A R A N T E E We will guarantee the WEKA wall saw for 12 months from the day of delivery. During this period we will rectify material and production defects free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, overloading, non- compliance with the operating instructions and intervention by unauthorized persons or the use of parts from other companies.
  • Page 9 R E C Y C L I N G According to the European regulation 2002/96/EG we have to take back old machines for departing them by substance and for recycling (see sign on name plate). Please make sure that the old tool does not get into the unsorted municipal solid waste, but that they are given back to us, resp.
