    This manual is a guide to the use of the EV charger for your car and is applicable to the following models: eProWallbox Move (F2ME.EPROSEYYXXX) Smart AC charging station up to 22kW, available in single-phase and three-phase. With LED interface.

    3.6. eProWallbox display screens This section lists the display screens of eProWallbox. The eProWallbox Move model is equipped with a LED bar as described in 3.7. Charging session screens Welcome message, which may contain a brand logo. After the power is turned on, it may take up to 30 seconds to display.
  • Page 17 The SUSPENDED CHARGING screen indicates that the charging session was suspended by the DPM or the EV. The charging session will automatically resume when conditions permit. The CHARGING END screen indicates for 3 seconds the end of the charging session. The READY TO PLUG OUT screen appears for 3 seconds to indicate that the charging cable should be removed.
  • Page 18 Access authorization screens The AUTHORIZE WITH CHARGING PASS (RFID) screen appears when the Authorization operating mode is enabled. To start the charging process, you need to be authorized via RFID card.     3.7. eProWallbox Move LED bar This section describes the behavior of the eProWallbox Move LED bar. The eProWallbox model is equipped with a display as described in 3.6. LED bar behavior Once the charger is powered on, the LED bar flashes in a sequence of colors. Then the status of the charger can be easily monitored through the colors and behavior of the frontal LED.

    TURNING ON THE CHARGER FOR THE FIRST TIME The charger has no on/off buttons. Once installed and powered from the circuit breaker in the electrical panel, it is ready to be associated with the user’s profile and configured through the App. NOTICE The charger may not light up immediately after the power is turned on.

    The first time you run the App, you will be asked to provide personal information to register and create an account. Personal information and profile settings can be changed later within the App. eSolutions Charging The User App is a dedicated smartphone application available on Google Play™ and the Apple Store®.

    5.2. Add a charger When the charger is turned on, register or log in to the App to pair the charger with your user's account. Follow these simple steps: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Launch the App In the App, select the trigram icon in the upper left corner.

    6.3. Charge at Home and Settings menu The Charge at Home page lets you customize and monitor your chargers. From the App main menu, select Charge at Home. → The Charge at Home page displays the chargers associated with your user profile. Select a charger by scrolling left/right.

    Be careful not to step on the connector or cable. • WARNING: Do not use adapters or extensions not specified by Free2move eSolutions S.p.A. as they may damage the product and create a safety hazard for you. CAUTION: The charger must only be used within the specified operating conditions (see 3.5).

    TROUBLESHOOTING Error conditions are stored in the diagnostic logs and indicated on the charger panel by a flashing red LED bar. To troubleshoot, first find the error codes on the Alarms page of the App (see 6.3.4) and look for the remedies in the table below. If the error persists, note the serial number on the charger label (see 3.3) and contact Customer Service (see section 11).

    CLEANING Cleaning the outside of the charger is recommended whenever necessary, using a soft damp cloth with a mild detergent. When finished, wipe off any traces of moisture or liquid with a soft dry cloth. CAUTION Avoid strong air or water jets and use detergents with PH value between 7 and 9.

    FEHLERSUCHE Fehlerzustände werden in den Diagnoseprotokollen gespeichert und auf dem Bedienfeld des Ladegeräts durch einen blinkenden roten LED-Balken angezeigt. Suchen Sie zur Fehlerbehebung zunächst die Fehlercodes auf der Seite Alarme der App (siehe 6.3.4) und suchen Sie nach den Abhilfemaßnahmen in der Tabelle unten. Wenn der Fehler weiterhin besteht, notieren Sie die Seriennummer auf dem Etikett des Ladegeräts (siehe 3.3) und wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst (siehe Abschnitt 11).
