    Fill tank with warm water (Max 140˚F (60˚C)) to small area or large area fill line. If adding solution follow the HOOVER® Solutions Chart. Screw cap back on and refit solution tank onto machine until you hear it snap into place.

    Before You Begin Cleaning Use your Hoover upholstery and spot cleaner only if upholstery fabric is marked with a “W” (for “wet” clean) or “S/W” (for “solvent/dry” or “wet” clean). Don’t clean fabric marked “S”...

    Use only HOOVER® cleaning products intended for use with this machine. They are specifically formulated for use with your cleaner. Non-HOOVER® cleaning solutions may harm the machine and void the warranty. If additional cleaning is necessary, wait until the upholstery is completely dry before using the tool again.
  • Page 5 MAINTENANCE (CONT’D) HOSE SELF CLEAN FUNCTION Remove solution tank and add warm water (max 140˚F (60˚C)) to the small mess fill line. Screw the cap back on and refit the solution tank onto the machine so it clicks into place. Press the wash tool release button and pull to remove the tool from the hose end.
