Important ► Warning • • Keep•the•appliance•dry.• The•symbol•on•the•left•means• “Do•not•wash•the•product•with• water”. • • Terminate•usage•when•there•is•an• abnormality•or•failure. ► Caution • • The•outer•foil•is•very•thin•and•can•be• damaged•if•not•used•correctly.•Check•that• the•foil•is•not•damaged•before•using•the• shaver.•Do•not•use•the•shaver•if•the•foil•is• damaged•as•you•will•cut•your•skin. • • Always•follow•the•cautions•printed•on•the• battery.
  • Page 4 6• Foil•frame 3• Foil•frame• 7• Inner•blade release•button 8• Battery•cover 4• Power•switch• B• Cleaning•brush Replacing batteries (Fig. 2) • • Make•sure•the•power•switch•is•in•the•“ ”• position. 1.• Remove•the•battery•cover. 2.• Insert•two•LR6•(AA•alkaline•batteries). • • You•can•use•the•appliance•for•approximately• 1•month•with•the•two•Panasonic•LR6•(AA• alkaline•batteries).•(When•using•once•a•day,• 3•minutes•at•a•time) 3.• Attach•the•battery•cover. Use•only•LR6•(AA•alkaline•batteries). Using the shaver 1.• Depress•the•switch•lock•button•and•slide• the•power•switch•to•the•left.

Start•shaving•by•applying•gentle• pressure•to•your•face.•Stretch•your•skin• with•your•free•hand•and•move•the•shaver• back•and•forth•in•the•direction•of•your• beard.•You•may•gently•increase•the• amount•of•pressure•as•your•skin• becomes•accustomed•to•this•shaver.• Applying•excessive•pressure•does•not• provide•a•closer•shave. Cleaning the shaver • • Make•sure•the•power•switch•is•in•the•“ ”• position. 1.• Remove•the•foil•frame•and•the•inner•blade. 2.• Clean•with•the•brush•as•illustrated. • • Clean•the•outer•foil•and•the•shaver• body•using•the•long•brush.•(Fig.•3) • • Clean•the•inner•blade•using•the•short• brush•by•moving•it•in•direction•(A).• Do•not•move•the•short•brush•in• direction•(B)•as•it•will•damage•the• inner•blade•and•affect•its•sharpness.• (Fig.•4)• Do•not•use•the•short•brush•to•clean• the•outer•foil. 3.• Attach•the•foil•frame•and•the•inner•blade.     • • Attach•the•outer•foil•so•that•the•plastic• part•faces•inwards. Do•not•remove•the•outer•foil•except•when• replacing•it. ► Replacing the inner blade (Fig. 9) 1.• Remove•the•inner•blade•by•grasping•it• firmly•at•both•ends•and•pulling•straight• away•from•the•shaver. 2.• To•insert•the•new•inner•blade•hold•the• blade•at•both•ends•and•press•downward• until•it•clicks•into•place. ► Replacement parts Replacement•parts•are•available•at•your• dealer•or•Service•Center.
