slapi_utf8isLower()
Verifies if a UTF-8 character is a lower-case letter.
Syntax

int slapi_utf8isLower(unsigned char *s);
This function takes the following parameter:
s
Returns
This function returns one of the following values:
• 1 if the character is a lowercase letter.
• 0 if the character is not a lowercase letter.
