Product Description
The RockBoard RBO Power LT XL is a rechargeable power station for effects pedals, independent from the
wall outlet. No more worrying about your 9v batteries dying mid song. You can also forget about searching for
a wall outlet on stage to power your pedal board. The RockBoard RBO Power LT XL is equipped with powerful
and long-lasting, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, to supply effects pedals up to approx. 50 hours or more
with hum free 9v DC current. Recharge time for the unit is approximately 7 hours.

User Manual RockBoard RBO Power LT XL:
• Connect the supplied 5V-2A power supply/charger to the 5V-DC power supply input at
the left side of the RockBoard RBO Power LT XL.
• Connect the power supply/charger to the 1.2m EU-power cable to a 230V-AC wall outlet
and the RBO Power LT XL. Then charge the RBO Power LT XL 7 hours continuously and
completely before first use. It is normal for the RBO Power LT XL getting warm when charging.
• After the unit has finished charging, the power supply/charger can be removed from RBO
Power LT XL and wall outlet.
• The RBO Power LT XL is activated as soon as a 9V power cable or the charging cable for
your smartphone is plugged in.
• Press the Power button to test the battery charge level.
The 4 LED above this button gives information about the battery life:
• 100% - 75 %: LED1 - LED4 lights
• 75% - 50 %: LED1 - LED3 lights
• 50% - 25 %: LED1 - LED2 lights
• 25% - 0: LED1 flashes or all LED are off.
• Please ensure to connect only effects pedals suitable for 9V DC
(direct current, negative center) directly to the RBO Power LT XL.
• For effects pedals suitable for 9V DC (direct current, positive center) you also will need the
supplied polarity change adaptor cable.
• If possible, remove any 9V batteries from the effects pedals.
• Now you can connect your effects pedals as usual to the two 9V DC outputs of the RBO Power
LT XL (front of housing); also with the supplied daisy-chain cable, if you like.
Five 50cm length cables are also included with the kit.
• USB output: here you can charge a mobile phone or smartphone via an optional standard
USB-charging cable.
• Depending on the connected effects pedals, the maximum battery power is between 15 and
far more than 50 hours. Please pay attention to the maximum battery capacity of 6600 mAh
and do not connect too many ("hungry") effects pedals at the same time.
• The batteries of the RBO Power LT XL can also easily be recharged while playing.
• Because of the use of rechargeable batteries no ground loop hum may occur.
In addition, both 9V outputs of the RBO Power LT XL are electrically separated from each other.
Also the supplied AC power supply/charger can't generate ground loop hum at proper use.
• Please unplug all 9V power cables as well as the smartphone charging cable when the RBO Power
LT XL is not in use. Otherwise the device will discharge automatically!
• The ideal operating and storage temperature for the RBO Power LT XL is in the range of
0 - 40 degrees Celsius.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or wet environment! Do not use in rain, snow, fog etc.!
