Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 4 hours before first use if it was transported on its side. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface with at least 12 inches of clearance on all sides. Ensure the water tank is properly installed and the drainage hose connection is secure. Plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet rated for at least 15 amps. ⚠ CAUTION Do not operate the dehumidifier immediately after unpacking. Allow it to acclimate to room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Operation Instructions Basic Operation Press the Power button to turn on the unit. The display will show the current room humidity. Use the Humidity +/- buttons to set your desired humidity level (recommended: 45-55%). Select your preferred fan speed or leave on Auto for optimal performance. The unit will automatically cycle on and off to maintain the set humidity level. Monitor the water tank level and empty when the "Tank Full" indicator appears. Water Tank Management Check the water level regularly through the transparent water tank When the tank is full, the unit will stop automatically and display "Tank Full" Remove the tank by pulling it straight out from the unit Empty the water and rinse the tank with clean water Reinstall the tank firmly until it clicks into place Continuous Drainage Option For continuous operation without tank emptying: Locate the drainage port on the back of the unit. Connect the provided drainage hose to the port. Route the hose to a floor drain, sink, or outside drainage area. Ensure the hose has a downward slope for proper drainage. Remove the water tank's rubber stopper to enable continuous drainage.
Maintenance and Care Regular Maintenance Schedule Weekly: Empty and clean water tank Bi-weekly: Clean air intake filter Monthly: Wipe down exterior surfaces Quarterly: Deep clean internal components Annually: Professional service check (if needed) Filter Cleaning Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier. Remove the front grille by pulling it forward. Take out the washable air filter. Rinse the filter with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Allow the filter to dry completely before reinstalling. Reinstall the filter and front grille. Press and hold the Filter Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the indicator. Exterior Cleaning Unplug the unit before cleaning Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents Ensure all surfaces are dry before plugging in ⚠ WARNING Never spray water directly on the unit or submerge any part in water. Storage and Winterization Long-term Storage Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier. Empty the water tank completely and clean thoroughly. Remove and clean the air filter, allow to dry completely. Wipe down all exterior surfaces. Leave the unit in a dry location for 24 hours to ensure all internal moisture evaporates. Cover the unit with a cloth or plastic cover to prevent dust accumulation.
