All data in this manual are based on the standard versions of EPS5500DE and EPS6000TDE with Yanmar L100N engine. Generating sets with options can have slightly different data. - Page 3 2. CE-MARK, NOISE LABEL AND PICTOGRAMS 2.1. CE-marking and noise label: these are examples of a EUROPOWER type indication plate and a noise label. The type indication plate can be found on every generator. The noise label only appears on generators that comply with the European standard 2000/14/EC.

Remove the fuel filler cap and check the fuel level. Refuel carefully to avoid fuel spillage. Do not fill the tank to the top. You might have to lower the fuel level, depending on operating conditions.

Turn the engine off and let it cool down before refuelling. The engine‘s exhaust gases contain poisonous carbon monoxide.

ATTENTION! The generating sets EPS5500DE - 6000TDE are equipped with a 12V electrical fuel pump. This pump is not allowed to run “dry”. If the engine stops because of fuel deficiency, turn contact key “OFF”... - Page 8 For engine or alternator repair, consult your dealer. 5.7.Safety for the users: The standard versions of the EPS5500DE and EPS6000TDE generating sets are delivered following the IU electrical scheme.
