All automatic doors have a closing force limiter, which prevents people being crushed. If the construction of the door panels is to be changed, check with KONE that the changes are allowed and do not harm the functioning of doors.

If, after appropriate tests and inspections by KONE or on behalf of KONE, the elevator is found to have a defect that falls under this warranty, exclusive remedy shall be made, at the option of KONE, either by repairing the defect at the facilities of KONE, or by supplying the replacement parts free of charge to the owner.
