Important Before Installation
General Warning
Mounting the Verano® product yourself is at your own risk. Use this instruction as a tool for mounting.
Be Careful for Damages
Do not use sharp objects when opening packaging. Be careful when drilling to avoid damage from cuttings.
1. Instruction Placing Roller Shutter (Outside)
1.1 Marking Mounting-Holes
Place guides vertically, mark holes against facade/window. Ensure guides are leveled at top and bottom.
1.2 Drilling Mounting-Holes in Guides
Drill holes precisely 13mm from side. Use specific drill sizes for wall vs. between walls.
1.3 Rubbers
Cut and slope 15mm rubber on top of both guides to prevent armor jamming in the run funnel.
1.4 Sloping Windowsill
Saw LHTF guide to match the slope of your windowsill for mounting between two walls.
1.5 Mounting the Guides
Place guides perpendicular, mark holes, drill final holes, and screw guides. Caution for low gutters.
1.6 Hole for the Control
Mark and drill transit holes for power cord or band. Ensure correct height and check for pipes.
1.7 Placing the Box onto the Guides
Lift box with two persons. Route cord/band through transit hole. Slide cover brackets into guides and screw top screws tight.
1.8 Fixating the Box to the Wall (Optional)
Optional: Fixate sidecovers to the wall for better connection, especially for larger dimensions. Use masonry drill and screws.
1.9 Finishing Touch Mounting Outside
Remove top foil, close holes with protection caps, place end caps if needed, and seal the box top and sides.
