Click the clamps into the lamella and ensure everything is properly secured and fixed. • For the stabilization of the holder please adjust the hinge on the back side of the holder according to your request. • Using the posterior adjusting screw you can indi- vidually adjust the inclination angle of xMount as well as the tower base which is turnable by 360 degrees. • Before usage, these adjusting screws are required to be tightened.

At least one pad is required to be used. This pad protects the mount against slipping. • Now determine whether to fasten the iPad verti- cally or horizontally by loosening the screw in the centre of the fastening and defining the position. Tighten this screw again now. • Now fasten both half shells using the lateral screws. Check for an accurate stabiity. Use xMount Wall as a template here. • In the event of a stone wall drill two holes at the position intended by you using a 6 mm masonry drill. • Fasten xMount using the two enclosed wall plugs and screws. • Using the interior adjusting screw you can adjust the inclination angle as well the tower base which is turnable by 360 degrees.

- Page 8 Safety instructions of Benjamin Hermann Handels UG for iPad holders. The following safety instructions shall be absolutely observed. Please only apply this product in its intended manner. Any use other than for this purpose may particularly involve damages to the product or its environment. A strong solar irradiation may affect the function of the product. For additional technical data and general information please refer to the product on our homepage www. xmount.de General information The product must not be used during driving. When fastening the product in the vehicle please ensure the field of view not being restricted and comply with the StvZO (Road Traffic Licensing Regulations) here. The product is provided for a temperature range between minus ten to plus sixty degrees Celsi- us. The suction cup mounts are only suitable for a temporary mounting on a smooth and clean surface. Before utilization please make sure the mounting surface is clean and free from grease. Bike mounts have a speed limitation of 20 km/h. Non-observance may cause the mount or the device to be mounted becoming loose and getting damaged. Subsequent damage caused by devices fallen down cannot be excluded. Moreover, your device may probably get scratched on the back side. Please exclusively use the parts delivered for mounting. Never carry any floor stand at the tube since this may involve damages. All screws shall be tightened with not more than 10 newtons. Kindly keep these safety instructions and further documents together with your device. Should you hand over this product to third parties, please also hand over the overall documentation. Cleaning For cleaning, please do not apply any cleaning sprays or solutions of any kind that include alcohol or other inflammable liquids. Repair Repair work at the product shall be exclusively carried out by professionals. Unauthorized ope- ning and inappropriate repair work may involve considerable danger for the user (particularly the risk of functional disorders, loose parts, fire hazard). Preventive measures for children For the avoidance of injuries, please make sure children, particularly infants, do not get in con- tact with the following devices and objects. Small parts of the device, accumulators, batteries, screws, cables and packaging material (e.g. plastic bags) may be swallowed. Transport and safekeeping Please protect the product particularly against shocks, impurities, strong solar irradiation, humidity and electrostatic charge. - Page 9 For power supply of the product, you are allowed to exclusively use the defined accumulator and the supplied adapter. You will find further information about this in the operating instruc- tions of the product. Please only use adapters and accumulators released for your product. When connecting and disconnecting the cables please observe the information in the operating instructions of the product. Adapters used in vehicles may be exclusively operated under the supervision of adults. If the product is switched on, please do not keep it in an environment with a poor air circulation. Otherwise, this may particularly cause damages to the product or even fire. Please do not keep charging devices, adapters, accumulators and batteries near a source of heat. Excessive heat may cause the charging device and adapter catching fire. Please disconnect them from the power supply if not supervised by adults. Please make sure the contacts of your power socket are clean. Adapters may get very hot. Never hide the ventilation slots of the adapter. Do not use damaged cables, otherwise there is the risk of an electric shock or fire. Positioning and operation Mount the product to such an extent that it cannot cause any injury neither in the range of an airbag nor in the event of an accident, particularly not in the impact area of the head or body. Usually, the products are designed for being mounted at the screen, at the air grid or at the headrests. For products with electrical supply please pay attention to the following: Lay the cables in a manner that they do not cause any danger (risk of stumbling) and are not damaged. When connecting the cables please pay attention to the corresponding information in the operating instructions of the product. The assembly of the product and also the assem- bly of accessory parts must by no means impede the driver during driving the vehicle. Do not operate, mount or adjust this or other products during driving. During driving, please to not reach for or look for objects that have fallen down. Anti-theft system The xMount anti-theft system is construed for simple theft (removal). It cannot withstand theft attempts by tools and brute force. For the anti-theft protection, please exclusively use locks of the brand Burgwächter C-Line 220-20 with a diameter of 11 mm in order to avoid the mount sliding on. Moreover, the device comes with an additional cover that is required to be used.
