Description
This function is deprecated.
Determines whether the K2Server is running and available to perform a search. This function is
used primarily by the ColdFusion Verity and K2Server Administrator pages. This function uses
Verity K2Server Release K2.2.0.
Returns
True, if the K2Server is available to perform a search; False, otherwise.
