StructIsEmpty

Indicates whether the specified structure contains data. Returns TRUE if structure is
empty and FALSE if it contains data.

Syntax
StructIsEmpty( structure )
structure
Structure to be tested.
Usage
This function throws an exception if structure does not exist.
