LSIsDate
Like the IsDate function, LSIsDate returns TRUE if string can be converted to a date/
time value in the current locale, FALSE otherwise.
Syntax
LSIsDate( string )
string
Any string value.
Usage
Years less than 100 are interpreted as 20
