3) Connect the wire to the +V, GND and SIGNAL (SIG) connec- tions of the IRB-1 as shown in Figure 1. Please note that the STATUS connection does not need to be connected. 4) Connect the other end of the wire to the IR system’s main connecting block, such as Russound Pt.
Page 3 IR Receiver Connections 1) Connect the 3 conductor 1/8" plug of the tabletop IR receiv- er, such as Russound Pt. No. 844, to the 1/8" jack located on the front of the IRB-1 as shown in Figure 2. 2) Following the instructions that came with your IR receiver, place the IR receiver in a suitable location.

Limited Warranty The Russound IRB-1 is fully guaranteed for Two (2) years from the date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship. During this period Russound will replace any defective parts and correct any defect in workmanship without charge for either parts or labor. For this warranty to apply, the unit must be installed and used according to its written instruc- tions.
