    Thank you for selecting our AQUAFOG 2500, AQUAFOG 3600, you already own the high- tech, professional DMX low-fog machine! Better read the manual thoroughly before operation, follow instruction will help you have a smooth handling with AQUAFOG 2500 or AQUAFOG 3600 achieve the most satisfactory low-fog effect, it will also assist unit to further prolong life time as a whole.
  • Page 4 • Keep unit dry. If moisture or liquids enter the machine case, immediately disconnect power supply. Contact a service technician to determine safety for use. • Do not expose the machine to the sun. • When used, the cover of the inlet of tank must be covered. Place the machine in a well ventilated area to ensure smooth ventilation, allow 50CM space above and around the machine for proper ventilation. • Do not stack heavy objects or other items on the top of the machine to avoid damage or deformation of the machine. • Without user-serviceable parts in the package, please contact your local agent or qualified technician for servicing. • Without changeable structure by non-qualified user, please do not open the rear panel or have any change at will, otherwise, it may cause accident! • Before cleaning, repairing or storing the machine, please confirm that the machine has already cut...
  • Page 5 • Keep sufficient clean water and low-fog fluid in tank. • The machine must keep enough water to be used normally. Please do not exceed the warning water line when it is poured into the water. When water is not enough, the machine will stop working automatically. • Never put any flammable material (lipid, gas, perfume etc.) or anything besides water and low-fog fluid into the machine, read the user manual thoroughly before operation. • If any abnormal running occurs, stop it immediately, empty the fluid, and bring the done up unit (recommend original box) to your agent or dealer for servicing. Make sure all fluid is empty from the tank before moving or shipping. • The machine is for adult use. Keep out of reach of children. Never leave the unit running unattended.

    It is easy to get these materials with economic prices. • Pioneer of one piece case, resistant to fall and crash. Unique design of plastic flight case chassis and wheels only needs additional buy of flight case top cover to have professional low-fog machine packed in flight case. • Output by one button. Additional express output button is designed to simplify the continuous fogging. • 5-8 minutes of first heating time. • 2-liter liquid tank. Use of our water base special low-fog liquid. • Maximum 50 liters of working liquid. Display of liquid level for easy checking. • LCD panel for easy reading and understanding. • Built-In 1, 4 or 6 channel DMX control.     SMOKE ON/OFF FUNCTION: Function switching button; then have the numerical value changed by using UP and DOWN buttons. DMX Mode: DMX mode selection. Single channel, 4 channel and 6 channel mode can be selected. DMX Address: Setting of DMX address. Range of address value: address=001~512. Press UP/Down 1.5 seconds can change value continuously and fast, pressed UP/DOWN at the same time, value back to 1. FOG VAL: Setting of smoke output 0%, 10~100%. WIND VAL: Setting of wind volume 10%~100%. WATER MIST VAL : Setting of Water Mist ON/OFF for AQUAFOG 2500, and volume for AQUAFOG 3600.
  • Page 12 SLEEP OFF: Setting duration of sleep time for the machine (Duration = 10 min. -200 min.). 1. When this function is OFF, the machine does not enter dormancy state. 2. If adjusted to 200, it means that in the standby state, there is no timing fogging and continuous fogging in 200 minutes, then enter the dormancy state.

    Operation Pour enough clean water into water tank and water-based low-fog fluid into smoke tank, please don’t overfill. Plug mains power cord from the machine into appropriate power supply socket. V1.0 Primary power on, shows the current software version; 2 seconds after, switches to working status; — —HEATING— — — —HEATING— —:Heating up. Setting function value F100 W10 U:ON is allowed when heating up. F100: Shows the smoke output value; On the left — —HEATING— — shows the current smoke output is 100%. F100 W10 U:A+B W10: Wind volume;On the left shows the current wind volume is 10%. U:ON: Water Mist ON/OFF for AQUAFOG 2500; On the left shows the current water mist is ON. U:A+B: Water Mist volume for AQUAFOG 3600; On the left shows the current water mist is A+B (100%).

  • Page 20 DMX Control Operation ..............Use the function button under the LCD display to set up the DMX channel mode and DMX address (Figure 1-G). There are 3 DMX modes for choice; 1CH, 4CH, & 6CH DMX mode; Press Function button to enter DMX mode setting, DMX MODE press UP/DOWN button to select the channel mode, 6 CH there are 1CH, 4CH, and 6CH to choose from, set values are automatically saved.   • Page 21 Continuously press the “Function” button to switch between 1 channel mode and 6 channel mode; If desired, connect another low-fog machine: Plug one end of another signal cable in to the output socket (Figure 1-K or M) on the back of the first AQUAFOG 2500 or AQUAFOG 3600; plug the other end of the signal cable to the input socket (Figure 1-J or L) on the back of the second AQUAFOG 2500 or AQUAFOG 3600. Follow the same procedure to link more low-fog machines, if desired; whole link is daisy chain; Done! Refer to DMX channel chart in Figure 2 make related settings.     Troubleshooting This troubleshooting guide is meant to help solve simple problems. If a problem occurs, carry out the steps below in sequence until a solution is found. Once the unit operates properly, do not carry out following steps. If the problem persists, refer servicing to a qualified technician. Power Connected but No smoke is Emitted: 1. Check the power supply. Plug the unit into grounded electric power supply socket with proper voltage; 2. LCD display is lit and check if it can operate; 3.

    Fault warning: The machine screen character scintillation display NO WATER as the left picture: It indicates that the current water level is too low, and the water mist generator is not working under this state. The machine screen character scintillation display as the left picture: NO FLUID It indicates the machine detects that no fluid, the pump will stop working. Maintenance Before doing maintenance, please make sure that the power is cut,  the power cord is unplugged, and the machine itself has cooled down. The maintenance must be done by qualified person.
