Outer Panels Removal
Remove Suction and Top Panels
Detach the suction grille and top panel by removing fasteners.

Electrical Box Removal
Prepare Electrical Box Mounting Area
Remove screws securing mounting plate and partition plate, detach earth/ground wires.
Disconnect Fan Motor and Front Harnesses
Disconnect fan motor connector and release its lead wire from hooks, disconnect front side connectors.
Remove Electrical Box Assembly
Release thermistor harness, disconnect compressor connector, unfasten hook, and remove the electrical box.
Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Removal
Remove Electrical Box Cover
Release hooks to remove the cover of the electrical box.
Disconnect and Remove Service Monitor PCB
Disconnect connectors and detach clamps to remove the service monitor PCB.
Remove Main PCB
Open terminal board, disconnect harnesses, remove screws and hooks to lift the main PCB.
Fan Motor Replacement
Detach and Remove Fan Motor
Remove screws securing the fan motor, then detach the fan motor assembly.
Coils and Thermistors Removal
Remove Expansion and Four Way Valve Coils
Pull out the electronic expansion valve coil and remove the four-way valve coil.
Remove Outdoor Heat Exchanger Thermistor
Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor carefully, minding the clip.
Remove Discharge Pipe Thermistor
Remove the discharge pipe thermistor, being careful not to lose the fixture.
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove Outer Sound Blankets
Open and remove top upper, outer, and partition plate sound blankets.
Remove Inner Sound Blankets
Remove the top lower and inner sound blankets carefully.
Compressor Removal
Prepare for Compressor Disconnection
Remove the terminal cover before proceeding with compressor removal.
Remove Compressor Lead Wires and Protector
Pull out compressor lead wires and remove the overload protector.
Detach and Remove Compressor Unit
Heat brazed parts, withdraw piping, remove nuts, and detach the compressor unit.
