Changing the time format

With the Time Format setting, you can choose to display the time using the 12
hour clock or the 24 hour clock.
To change the time format:
1. From the Settings mode, press Next to scroll to Time Format, and then
press Enter.
2. Press Next to choose either 12 hr or 24 hr, and then press Enter.

Changing the date format

With the Date Format setting, you can choose to display the date by month first
(June 16, 2003) or day first (16 June 2003). The date display uses this setting
wherever it appears on your watch.
To change the date format:
1. From the Settings mode, press Next to scroll to Date Format, and then
press Enter.
2. Press Next to choose either mm.dd or dd.mm, and then press Enter.

Changing the units setting

With the Units setting, you can choose to display watch information in U.S. units
(Fahrenheit, inches) or metric units (Celsius, centimeters).
To change the units format:
1. From the Settings mode, press Next to scroll to Units, and then press Enter.
2. Press Next to choose either US or Metric, and then press Enter.
