Your HP Server Appliance will receive the
standard warranty in the country of purchase. If
you move your Server Appliance to another
country where HP has established legal
subsidiaries or International Distributors, you will
receive the destination country standard warranty.
Warranty coverage is provided in the destination
country if the product has been marketed by HP
in that country and may be subject to local
government restrictions.
The warranty terms contained in the enclosed
manual(s) or any other warranty statement
enclosed with this product, except to the extent
lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or
modify, and are in addition to, statutory rights
implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any
corresponding state or territory legislation
applicable to the sale of this product to you. If
you have any queries about your rights, contact
