The GoSports® Slow Down Man!® is a high visibility street safety sign designed to alert motorists that children
and pedestrians are present in the area and that they should proceed with caution. The set includes 9 vinyl
decals so you can pick which message to display to passing motorists (one on each side). The Slow Down Man!®
is made from ultra-durable weather resistant materials so it can be positioned outdoors in any area where tra c
safety is vital. The product assembles in seconds and features a water weighted design (see Assembly) with wide
base feet for maximum stability.
DECALS MUST BE APPLIED FIRST!

Apply Decals Before Assembly & Before Filling with Water
Adult Application Required
Pick two decals, one for each side of the Slow Down Man!®, from the 9 included vinyl
decals. The decals are single use only, so they will have to be discarded if you wish to
switch them out later (see Decal Troubleshooting & Removal).
First lay the Slow Down Man!® on a soft at surface. Wipe the surface of the message
board clean if needed.
A. Very slowly peel back and remove the white transfer paper. Ensure all of the text
remains on the clear vinyl decal when peeling. Press the transfer paper back and
try again if any text is staying on it.
B. With the adhesive side down, align the text of your preferred decal so that it is
centered on the Slow Down Man!®
C. Carefully begin sticking the decal to the surface. Simultaneously use the squeegee
tool to atten the decal onto the surface with medium pressure. When done use
the squeegee tool once more across the entire sticker.
D. Now very slowly peel the clear vinyl o and ensure the letters stay down. If any text
comes o , press the vinyl back and try again. When done use the squeegee tool to
go over the letters once more, and you're done! Any issues? Please contact

DECAL TROUBLESHOOTING & REMOVAL
Always apply the decal carefully and slowly, while using the squeegee tool to remove air bubbles.
If you wish to switch out the decals, you will need to remove and discard the decal. Just like any sticker,
simply get under it and peel it o . Clean the surface to remove any residue before the next decal
application.
