Metal Drop Leaf Supports

The drop leaf supports are mounted to the
underside of the table and when pulled out
allow the table leaf to be raised level with
the table top.
• The drop leaf supports work with drop
leaves up to 10" wide.
• The retracted support is 14-3/4" long so
table top must be at least 15" wide.
• Each drop leaf support will accommodate
50 lbs for a total of 100 lbs per pair.

ASSEMBLY
NOTE: The drop leave supports are
mounted to the underside of the table top.
1. The location of the supports will
depend on the size of the table leaf.
Evenly space the supports for
maximum stability. If using a single
support for a small leaf, mounting it in
the center is sufficient.
2. When the placement of the support is
determined, place the support on the
underside of the table top. Make sure
the hook end of the support is pushed
all the way in and align the hook with
the edge of the table top. This will
allow the leaf to swing freely when
not supported.
3. Hold the support in place and mark the
holes to be drilled.
4. Drill the pilot holes into the table top.
Make sure not to drill through the
table top.
5. Attach the drop leaf support to the
table top with the 5/8" #8 wood screws.
6. Repeat to assemble the other drop
leaf support.
