Note:
1) Check your vehicle's owner manual for maximum roof
load capacity.
2) Be careful not to damage the roof paint finish. To prevent
Damage, place a blanket on roof during the installation.
3) Observe speed and height limits when driving.
4) Observe weight limits when loading.
Part List:
1 Front Cross Bar (Longer)
1 Rear Cross Bar (Shorter)
4 Mounting Support
16 Button Head Bolt
4 rubber pad
1 Hex Wrench
1. Assemble front and rear roof racks as shown. Insert cross
bar into mounting foot and secure with button head bolts.
2. Clean the installation Area on the Vehicle.
Remove 8 plugs from roof rails by twisting the plugs
counter clockwise by hand or remove the plug by using
a pry tool.
3. Line up the holes from item Cross Bars with the holes in
the Side Rails. Install bolts through the Cross Bars and
into the Roof Rails.
Note the arrows on the Cross bars face the front of the
vehicle.
4. Use wrench to tighten all bolts.
5. Install bolts into the availible location on the underside
of each Cross Rail and tighten bolts with wrench.
1. Points to Check after installation
1) Check the tightness of the crossbar screws after
Installation.
2) Gently wiggle the crossbar to check for problems. Verify
that there are no noises or movement when pushed and
pulled.
3) If you notice problems in steps1-2, follow the installation
instructions again.
