Congratulations on your purchase of The Big Easy™ Collapsible Basket! This basket allows for the same great cooking
performance as the standard basket, but makes loading and unloading food a breeze.
This basket is compatible with both the new and older versions of The Big Easy™ Oil-Less Turkey Fryer.
Directions for Use
1. Remove original cooking basket and set aside.
2. Lay Collapsible Basket flat on a counter, table or flat surface.
3. Place food to be cooked on top of collapsed basket, making sure to position it within the upper ring.
4. With food in place, grab the upper ring of the basket or the lifting loop and gently raise the basket up around the
food. The basket may twist as it expands.
5. With the food loaded and the basket fully expanded, lower the basket into The Big Easy™ Oil-Less Turkey Fryer
until the four arms of the upper ring are resting on the top layer of the cooker (See Illustrations below). For older
models with vent holes, the four arms will hook into the vent holes. For newer models, the basket simply sits on the
upper ring.
6. Cook your food as you normally would.
7. When the food is done, use gloves or the lifting hook to lift the basket out of the Big Easy Oil-Less Turkey Fryer.
8. Place the basket on a flat surface and slowly lower the basket around the food, until the food is completely exposed
and ready to be handled. The basket will rotate as it collapses.
Use and Care
The Collapsible Basket is fully dishwasher safe. Clean with soap and water or load into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
Store in a cool, dry location. The collapsible design allows for easy storage in drawers or cabinets.
