Troubleshooting
There is no video on the
monitor(s) attached to the
dock
When connected to my M1
or M2 Mac, only one
monitor is working
The video on the attached
monitor is flickering or
distorted

Suggestion Solutions
Confirm that you are using the original Thunderbolt cable that
came with the device (if applicable)
Confirm that the Thunderbolt cable is connected to the "host"
port on the dock, indicated with a laptop icon
Confirm with your laptop manufacturer or user manual that the
system has USB-C ports that are capable of external video
(USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode)
Ensure that the monitor is set to the correct video input signal,
as not all monitors will automatically toggle to the active input
Plug the device into a different USB-C or Thunderbolt port (if
possible)
Mac computers with the first-generation M1 or M2 chip are
limited to a single display only through their Thunderbolt ports.

Replace the video cable in use with a known-good spare to see
if the video cable may be faulty
Ensure that the computer has the latest graphics driver updates
installed. Check your computer manufacturers website or
