How to keep the backlight?
You can choose 2 kinds of power mode while you use GEEVON W8270 weather station.
1. When powered by batteries,in order to save the power,backlight only lights up 10s. Touch SNZ/LIGHT
button to active the backlight again.
2. When plugged in,the backlight will stay on.Touch SNZ/LIGHT button to adjust the brightness of the
backlight.
How to connect the outdoor sensor?
1. Make sure the channel on the display unit and outdoor sensor(inside the battery compartment) are in the
same channel.
2. Reload the power or battery of both outdoor sensor and display unit.
3. Make sure the units must be within 200feet(60m) of each other, and 3feet(0.9m) away from electronics
may interfere with the wireless communication(such as TVs, microwaves,computer and etc.
Note: It will take a few minutes for main unit and sensor to synchronize after batteries are well reloaded.
Why does the REMOTE SENSOR reading keep changing / how to exit the CYCLE mode?
Press CH button to choose the display channel. Channel 1>Channel 2> Channel 3>cycle
Why the monitor display inaccurate temepereture and humidity?
1. Make sure both the main unit and the outdoor sensor are placed out of direct sunlight and away from any
hear sources or vents.
2. When you power the device at the first time, the integrated sensor would take about 1 hour to learn about
your surrounding conditions.
Why the monitor display "HH/LL"?
If the temperature and humidity is higher than the detection range, HH will display on screen for indication;
if lower than the detection range, LL will display on screen for indication.
