And below are some common problem:
1. What should I do if the led of the router flash in red and I could not get internet from the
router?
If the led of the router flashes in red which means the router is not connected to the internet.
Such problem might be caused by many reasons.
Pls kindly try the steps below to check if this could help.
(1). Pls make sure you should connect the wan port of the router and your modem via Ethernet
cable, if you connect the lan port of the router,the router might not work correctly.
(2). The incorrect wan type might cause this problem, pls try to choose correct wan type between
the pppoe, static ip and the dynamic ip.
If you are not sure which one is the correct wan type, pls connect the modem to your pc directly
via Ethernet cable, normally if you could get internet,you could choose dynamic ip as the wan
type. If you could not get internet, pls choose the pppoe as the wan type.
(3). Some modem might enable the mac filter (If mac filer is enabled, only certain devices will be
allowed to access, the modem will tell all the devices by the mac address, we could clone the mac
address of the device which is allowed to access, then set the mac address as the router's, then
the router will access the modem successfully)
Pls check the mac address of the pc or router which could get internet from the modem, then
copy it and use the mac clone of the wavlink device to clone this mac address.
The the modem will allow the wavlink device to get access.
(4). Try to connect the modem to your pc/laptop directly via Ethernet cable and check if you could
get internet. If you could not get internet, there might be some problem with the modem or the
Ethernet cable.
2. What should I do if my internet is not stable and dropping?
Such problem might be caused by many reasons.
Pls kindly try the steps below:
(1). Pls try to upgrade the firmware. After upgrading, pls reset the device by pressing the reset
button for 6s. (Firmware upgrading and resetting could solve many unexpected problem)

(2). Pls try to change the wireless channel of the wavlink device. (Crowded channel might be
another reasons)
For 2.4g, pls choose 1 or 6 or 11.
