PARTS LIST
1) Front Bumper
4) 5mm x 15 machine screws
8) 12MM Flanged nuts
4) 5mm lock nuts
8) 12MM lock washers
8) 5mm flat washers
4) 10mm x 25mm Bolts

PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
2. Remove the two lower plastic fasteners at the bottom rear of the front valance (Fig 1)
3. Unplug the bumper lights electrical connections, if your bumper is equipped with factory lamps (Fig 2). Cut the tie wraps
holding the wire loom from the bumper.
4. Remove front factory bumper by removing the eight nuts with a 17mm socket wrench behind the bumper on the frame.
(Fig 1) Note: Remove 4 backing plates behind the nuts and save for installation of the new bumper.
5. Slide the front bumper off the frame of the vehicle
6. Install new RRB front bumper in reverse of Step 2 through 5
7. Install the backing plates previously removed in step 4 over the studs on the back of the frame member, please note the
wide end of the backing plate faces down toward the ground.
8. Install the 12mm nuts and washers supplied onto the studs and tighten.
9. If your vehicle was equipped with the factory fog lamps they can be installed into the bumper using the 5mm hardware
included. If not, the RRB bumper requires Rampage lamp kits part numbers:
a) If your vehicle is equipped with factory lamps you can wire the Rampage kit into the existing wiring using
Scotch lock connectors. Unplug the lamp housing from the wire loom and tape off the plug end with electrical tape.
b) If your vehicle is not equipped with factory lamps use the wire harness kit provided with the lights.
10.Winch Plate Install - Follow Winch manufacturers installation instructions for installing your winch to the plate and
vehicle. If the winch does not come with counter sunk hardware, you will need to source those from a local hardware
store.
a) Using the provided 10mm x 25mm bolts, bolt the winch plate to the top of the bumper.

NOTE: Due to variances in the factory frame and mount points,
it may be necessary to open up the size of the mounting holes
on the frame slightly to allow the bumper to mount correctly.
