To reduce the risk of SUFFOCATION:
• Keep tight against side of crib. Do not use if product is loose or sags down toward sleeping surface.
• Never put pillows or anything else in crib that could trap baby against this product.
• Only use in a crib without broken parts or missing slats. This product will not x a broken crib or prevent baby from falling out.
Never use in a toddler bed or bassinet.
To help prevent ENTANGLEMENT or STRANGULATION, position ties to outside of crib and secure tightly.
Remove this product when baby can pull to a stand using crib side (starting about 6 months). Older babies can use product to climb out of crib.

VIEW: INSIDE BACK OF CRIB
Start on the Right Side
1. Start on the right side (corner III), with the end of the liner that has the warning label.
The warning label will face outside the crib. Make sure the ties are on top.
2. Take opposite end of liner and weave in front of each corner of the crib (c/d and a/b).
Continue to cover all corners.

Fasten Liner
1. The fasteners will meet after the nal corner (III) and are attached together.
Tuck any excess behind crib slat.
2. See the Top View of Crib that shows the liner overlap on the right side of the crib.

VIEW: OUTSIDE BACK OF CRIB
Secure Liner Ties
1. Center ties as best as possible on outside back of crib, knowing that crib slats may
vary in number, position and width. Do the same on the outside front of crib.
2. Tightly tie all 4 ties OUTSIDE crib slats.
3. Make sure the liner stands up, pulling taut to tighten if it sags. It should not sag down.

Fits mini cribs. Does not t full-size cribs.
Care: For best results, machine wash warm,
gentle cycle. Secure all fabric fasteners
before laundering to avoid snagging.
Wash separately or with like colors.
Only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
Tumble dry low.
