The pressure handle will be OUT. To increase the pressure, you will need to wind the handle IN. With the motor running, switch the controller lever to PRESS (PRESSURE).

    Dual Cab Manual MAINTENANCE DAILY Clean inline filter (Fig. 2). Check oil level in pump. Check all drive belts for tension and wear Check oil level in engine. Check all chain drives (Refer pg. 23) Check all hoses and fittings for leaks. 20 HOURS Check water in the 12 volt battery (if fitted).
  • Page 20 Dual Cab Manual CHAIN AND SPROCKET MAINTENANCE Chain maintenance for all chain sizes should be lubricated every 3 - 6 months as required. Check all chains for tension and wear. This will be dependent on the amount of usage. Be sure to replace when indicated. 40-1 CHAIN (Standard clutch drive chain on all fully integrated Quik Spray systems) Lubricate with TAC2 or similar chain lubrication and remove run off.
