1. PREFACE Thank you very much for purchasing V-cut solder machine. The V-cut solder machine is effective to prevent solder balls and flux scattering by making V-groove onto a solder wire. If your solder wire originally has solder ball prevention effect, this machine may not provide you with a sufficient effect. -

HOW TO SET AND REPLACE A SOLDER WIRE (1) Loosen the screw on the guide pulley with a 3 mm Hex wrench, Adjustment lever align the adjustment lever with the same scale as the diameter of the solder to be used, and then tighten the screw firmly to fix it in place. - Page 7 (4) Check if the solder wire is V- grooved correctly. ※ Refer to page 6 "(C) How to Adjustment lever check and adjust V-grooved depth". ※ Check the effect of V-groove shallow processing and adjust the V- groove depth accordingly. deep (5) V-Solder main body should be used on a level surface.

(C) HOW TO CHECK AND ADJUST V-GROOVED DEPTH (1) Cut the V-grooved solder wires vertically three places of about 20 cm each with a cutter. Place the V-grooved section upper, and push the cutter blade straight down to check the cross section easier. -

(D) CLEANING V-grooving to solder wire can prevent flux or solder residues from scattering during soldering. However, the residues will adhere to the machine, so clean up the machine frequently.
