- Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child, NEVER leave child unattended.
- INFANTS CAN SUFFOCATE:
- NEVER use this playard for sleeping or napping. This product is designed for playtime only.
- Infants can suffocate on soft bedding, in gaps between mattresses too small or too thick and product sides or bottom of playard.
- NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter or padding to this playard.
- NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic films in or near the playard.
- AVOID STRANGULATION:
- DO NOT suspend string or toys over the playard.
- DO NOT place playard in any location where there are cords such as window blinds cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
- DO NOT place items with a string around your child's neck such as a hood strings or a pacifier cords.
- Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of product. NEVER add such items to confine child in product.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend infants should not be placed on their sides or tummies in this type of product unless otherwise advised by your physician.
- Adult assembly required. Take care when unpacking and assembling; contains small parts and sharp edges.
- To prevent a possible choking hazard, remove and discard packing material before using this product.
- The playard must be fully assembled, erected, including all rails and locked out, prior to use.
- DO NOT use accessories that are not supplied or intended for use by the manufacturer.
- Discontinue use of the playard when the child is able to climb out, reaches the height of 35 in. (89cm) or is over the age of 24 months.
- When child is able to pull up to a standing position, remove large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
- DO NOT use with more than one child at a time.
- NEVER use this product if there are any missing or damaged parts, including but not limited to, loose or missing fasteners, loose joints or torn mesh/fabric. This product complies with the requirements of the Playpen Regulations ASTM F406, safety standard for non full-size baby cribs/playards.

SETTING UP THE PLAYARD
- Remove the playard from the carry bag.

- Stand playard upright as shown.

To avoid injury, the playard must be fully assembled, erected, including all rails and locked out, prior to use.
Push sides of playard outward until it is fully expanded.

- Push down locking bracket to secure the playard in place.

FOLDING UP YOUR PLAYARD
- Remove the canopy from playard. Then, press release button and lift locking bracket to release tension on sides of playard.

- Squeeze sides of playard into itself until its completely compact.

- Slide folded playard and canopy into carry bag and tighten draw string and storage for future use.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To Clean Fabric and Vinyl
- Clean spills and stains on cloth, vinyl, or plastic surfaces with cold water and mild soap. Air dry.
- DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry accessories with plastic backing or vinyl coverings. These parts may be damaged by detergents and heat.
- The carry bag may be machine washed. Machine wash separately in cold water, delicate cycle. NO chlorine bleach. Air dry. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT iron or dry clean.
To Clean and Maintain Frame
- Metal and plastic parts can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth and dried with a soft cloth. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- An occasional drop of vegetable oil may reduce wear on moving parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of 90 days from the original purchase of this Product, Evenflo warrants to the original end user ("Purchaser") this Product (including any accessories) against defects in material or workmanship. Evenflo's sole obligation under this express limited warranty shall be, at Evenflo's option, to repair or replace any Product that is determined to be defective by Evenflo and determined to be covered by this warranty.
