    Mounting the impact buffer ................. 7 General Information These instructions present a supplement to the Assembly and Operating Manual BL106 (MULTILIFT P6). For transport on a closed truck, the protective buffers on the foot section must be removed and the car lowered carefully onto car supports (wooden blocks) on the foot section.

     GEDA MULTILIFT P6 Raising the car and mounting the protective buffers CAUTION The UP button (1) must be pressed because this control bridges the emergency limit switch. If the red drop test control buttons or the DOWN button are pressed by accident, the motor brake will release and the motor can drop hard onto the foot section (risk of damage).
  • Page 6  Raising the car and mounting the protective buffers GEDA MULTILIFT P6  Push up the setting lever (2) and raise to release.  Using the setting lever (2), push the put down appliance to the car side of the mast.

Close the enclosure after the work is complete and remove the put down appliance.
  • Page 8  Raising the car and mounting the protective buffers GEDA MULTILIFT P6  Remove all car supports (6).  After working inside the enclosure, close the latter again with the element of the base enclosure.  Pull out the setting lever again and swivel it downward.
