INTRODUCTION
TX064 high-speed soldering gun is designed and made
applying the law of Joule-Lenz and the principle of transformer.
It has the characteristic of rapidly-heated and less power-
consumption. Its special structure of gun-like and partly-lighting
of welding head make operation convenient and comfortable. It
can efficiently and quickly conduct to heat processing like tin
welding. It is a necessary service appliance for modern family.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
The high-speed soldering gun is fit for the areas where 240V &
50Hz alternating current is used. When using please confirm
voltage and frequency is correct. Insert the plug(6)in to outlet;
Hold the handle (5)Aim the head(1) at the part to be welded,
press the switch of power supply(4) Instructive light(3) Lighting.
At the same time, the head of the soldering gun need to be
preheated. After 6-8 seconds preheating, the temperature of
the head will increase to 230 °C, and it can be used to weld.
Then the button can be released, the welding temperature is
related to the supply if electricity. Longer the electricity is
supplied, higher the temperature will be. So when welding, the
power switch can't be pressed for long time. As usual, control
the electricity supplying by yourself according to the actual
working temperature. The time of electricity supplying can't
exceed 12 seconds, on the contrary the time of power off
should not be less than 48 seconds, if the temperature is too
high, release the button and let it cool down naturally, if the
temperature is too low, press power switch, the temperature of
soldering gun will increase quickly. then the temperature of the
soldering gun will be kept at a certain scope. Do according the
way, the welding performance will be fast heating soldering
gun, and prevent the head from being oxidized for excessive
hotness or reducing the life.
MAINTAINING METHOD:
The head and the body of the Model TX064 high speed Soldering
gun are joined with contact. It's very convenient to change and
repair the head. For the soldering gun head will be oxidized and
becomes thin after it's used for a long time ,it need to be change in
time.
METHOD FOR CHANGING:
Remove and loosen the two bolts which join the soldering gun head
and the body. Exchange the old head for a new one, tight the bolts,
then it can be used as usual.
METHOD FOR CHANGING LAMP:
When the lamp of this solderinggun is broken, it should be sent to
the Agency or Service Station. The power of the lamp: 3W , 6V .
CAUTIONS:
1.Before using, to check whether the welding torch is loosen inside
or any matter else, such as the whether power supply is up to the
standard, the wire becomes bald or broken
.
2.To protect the welding torch from rainfall or wet so as not to be
electrified.
3.Don't let anything drop into the welding torch.
4.There is powerful electricity inside the handle, don't dismantle it
by yourself.
5.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be changed by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person to
avoid a hazard.
6.If the welding torch will not be used for a long period, please pull
out the plug.
7.This product can only be for home use.
