INSTALLATION This speaker for ceiling mounting is a 100 Volt system specially designed for application in PA systems and must only be used for permanent installations, to be connected with an appropriate 100V-amplifier. Drill a hole in the ceiling, big enough to fit the speaker (check technical specification sheet for size).

UNPACKING INSTRUCTION CAUTION! Immediately upon receiving the product, carefully unpack the carton, check the contents to ensure that all parts are present, and have been received in good condition. SPEAKER TERMINALS These terminals are offering a low voltage output of 8Ω. A 100V commercial output is also available. Please note that one wire only should be connected to COM screw and one wire to the selected impedance or voltage. ATTENTION: Multiple combinations cannot be done at the output level.

CONTROLS AND CONNECTIONS Front Panel Overview: 1. LCD DISPLAY Displays modes and the current operating status. 2. USB PORT An USB storage device can be inserted here. Tracks stored on the storage device can be played through the player and will automatically start playing when the device is inserted.

Rear Panel Overview: 1. DC POWER INLET The main DC power supply (24V) has to be applied to this connector. This is a standby power inlet to connect a 24V battery. A fuse holder with the main fuse is located on the top of the DC power inlet (for fuse replacement instructions, please see ‘Replacing the fuses’).

LUIDSPREKER UITGANGEN De versterker biedt meerdere luidspreker aansluitingen: een laagspanningsuitgangen 8Ω- en een 100V-uitgang. Houd er rekening mee dat alleen een kabel met COM-schroef en een kabel op de geselecteerde impedantie of spanning moet worden aangesloten. OPGELET: Meerdere combinaties kunnen niet worden uitgevoerd op het uitgangsniveau! Er zijn twee verschillende soorten verbindingen.

UITGANGSAANSLUITINGEN (KLEMMENBLOK) Uitgangsaansluitingen voor zowel lage impedantie als constante spanning verdeelde audiosystemen. De luidspreker met lage impedantie en 100V constante spanning delen een 4-PIN-aansluitblok, de linker twee aanslutingen kunnen worden gebruikt om lage impedantie luidsprekers aan te sluiten, de rechter twee aansluitingen kunnen worden gebruikt om hoge impedantie (100V constante spanning) luidsprekers aan te sluiten.

Page 31 AUSPACKEN Packen Sie das Gerät sofort nach Empfang aus und prüfen Sie den Inhalt. Wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind, benachrichtigen Sie sofort den Spediteur und bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf. Falls ein Gerät ins Werk zurückgeschickt werden muss, ist es wichtig, dass es in der Originalverpackung versandt wird. Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden, nachdem es von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wurde.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass nur ein Kabel mit COM Schraube und Kabeln muss an der ausgewählten Impedanz oder Spannung angeschlossen werden.
