QUICK START GUIDE
TX3-Delta Enrollment
The TX3-Delta Enrollment Reader is meant to be paired with 13.56MHz supported 26Bit Wiegand cards.
These enrollment units are pre-configured with 26Bit Wiegand programming and will output the card ID as a
decimal number via USB keyboard emulation, eliminating the need to enter the data manually.
For example:
Output Example 1: FC=255, ID=65535 will output
65535<ENTER>
PC Requirements
USB Port (USB 2.0 or above)
Microsoft Windows™ 7, 10, 11
Installation Instructions for TX3-DELTA Enrollment Reader
1. Power ON the host PC.
2. Connect the TX3-DELTA Enrollment Reader to the PC via USB.
3. Windows® will automatically detect the new hardware and begin the driver installation process.
4. Open any of the following applications:
Microsoft® Word or another word processing program
o
Add Card window in TX3-Configurator
o
o
Add Credential window in MiVision (Mircom Cloud Configurator)
5. Once recognized, the TX3-DELTA Enrollment Reader will be ready for use.
6. Present a credential (card or fob) to the reader to confirm successful operation.

Once connected, the unit responds as a system
reader to discover internal numbers
Please Note:
This product is intended to be used with a
simple text editor. Please remember to close all
other applications as the TX3-DELTA outputs as
Keystrokes and can cause unintended actions
with other applications.

  • Page 2 Using the Enrollment Reader with TX3-Configurator Launch TX3-Configurator. Select the "Add Cards" option. Enter a name for the card. Choose the appropriate access level. Input the facility code. Clear the pre-filled card number field, but make sure the cursor remains active in the field. Present the credential (card or fob) to the Enrollment Reader.
