Figure 7. Figure 6. Crimping 5.2.1 Crimping Tools a) When crimping with specified crimping tools (e.g. JKT-02), insert striped cable into contact barrel and ensure all conductor strands are captured in the contact barrel. Crimp contact barrel by using the corresponding crimping die (see below pictures from Figure 8 to Figure 12). Check whether the crimping is firm after the crimping was completed (Figure 13).

Tightening torque. d) After tightening the gland nut, insert the female connector of the cable into the male connector of the cable until they engage (Figure 23). Check whether the connectors have locked correctly (Figure 24) or not (Figure 25) by pulling them slightly.
Disconnecting Cable Connector a) Insert the forks of a universal tool, such as the JKT-04, into the cable connector buckle (Figure 26). b) Pull the connector with both hands (Figure 26) and separate the female connector from the male connector (Figure 26). Figure 26.
Installation Warning a) If non-specified tools or procedures are used, or connections are not prepared and assembled during installation as Jinko described, the safety and technical data on products are not guaranteed. b) During the transportation and storage, there should be no excessive pressure, impact and other acts of damaging the product.
