Replace all covers before power
supplying this device is turned on.
Description
Class 82 NEMA rated Slim Line pump panels
include a fusible disconnect, NEMA rated
contactor, solid-state overload relay, power and
control terminal blocks, HAND-OFF-AUTO
selector switch, START push button and
ground lug as standard. These components are
mounted in a NEMA 3/3R weather resistant
enclosure with gasketed door that can be easily
removed. The enclosure is furnished with pole
straps, watertight conduit hub cover on the top
and conduit knockouts on the bottom.
Installation
1. Verify that the supply voltage matches
the voltage rating of the pump panel.
2. Verify that the horsepower, voltage and
current rating of the motor do not
exceed the pump panel rating.
3. Examine the enclosure and each
component for shipping damage. Notify
carrier for a claim if any damage is
found. DO NOT apply power to any
damaged pump panel.

IMPORTANT
4. Operate disconnect switch with external
handle to verify operation.
5. Manually operate magnetic contactor to
verify that moving parts do not bind.
6. Toggle the selector switch and push
button (if included) to verify that moving
parts do not bind.
7. Firmly fasten enclosure to solid
mounting surface. Install in accordance
with National Electric Code and any
applicable local codes.
8. Turn off and lock out the power that will
be supplying the pump panel.
9. Install conduit and necessary grounding
means and wire pump control panel in
accordance with the wiring diagram
supplied and in accordance with the
National Electric Code and any
applicable local codes. Joint compound
or equivalent is recommended on
conduit threads to prevent water from
entering pump control panel.
